We are going to gather Thursday, January 3rd, and start the new year together. 5:30-5:45pm start time at 17512 NW Fieldstone Dr Beaverton OR 97006.
Let's start the new year off with some clean eating dragon bowls. Here's what we need to make it a meal:
-Chicken (rotisserie or otherwise cooked and ready to go into bowls)
-Grain (brown rice, quinoa, or brown rice and quinoa mix)
-Roasted Chickpeas/garbonzo beans
-Roasted Broccoli
-Roasted Potatoes
-Roasted Sweet potatoes
-Roasted Cauliflower
-Roasted Brussel sprouts
-Any additional roasted veggies (asparagus, beets, green beans, carrots, etc)
-Corn
-Avocados
-Nuts or seeds (i.e sesame seeds, cashews, etc)
-Springmix/spinach/kale/ or herbs
-Tahini sauce
-Other sauce option
-Healthier dessert
-Drinks
Haleys have roasted potatoes and a tahini sauce.
