We are gathering this Thursday, May 3rd, at 6pm in the evening at 17512 NW Fieldstone Dr, Beaverton OR 97006.
We are are going to share of a meal of... wait for it... Macaroni and Cheese Bar!!! Ahhh!!! Get excited. Also, before I lose those of you with dietary restrictions, I'm planning on making a gluten/dairy/soy free version. If anyone is planning on coming with additional restrictions, please let me know.
Okay, so here's ideas on things to bring to make this happen. As usual, we don't need everything on the list and if you have an idea for something I've forgotten, feel free to sign up for something not even suggested. These are more like guidelines than rules...
THE EPIC MAC AND CHEESE BAR GATHERING
The base:
-Homemade Mac and Cheese
-Boxed mac and cheese
-GF/DF/SF mac and cheese
Toppings:
-BBQ pulled pork
-Bacon
-Crispy/fried/sauteed/otherwise delicious jalepenos
-Carmelized onions
-Bread crumbs
-Topping cheeses (cheddar? parmesan? IDK whatever sounds good)
-Condiments (ketchup, bbq sauce)
-Anything else that would go on mac and cheese?!
Sides:
-Salad
-Other veggie
-Drinks
-Dessert
I have the gf/df/sf mac and cheese for sure. I have condiments I can set out. I can caramelize onions too.
